Buyer terms
What a listing is
Each listing is a house whose owner told us they are open to selling. We do not own these houses and are not their agents. Prices shown are what the owner asked for or what we list, not an appraisal.
Claiming a deal
- Up to three buyers can claim a deal at once. All claims in a round end together, after 14 days.
- Premium buyers may claim a deal nobody holds exclusively, for 30 days.
- You see the owner's phone number only while your claim is live, and only if the owner agreed to be introduced.
Your duties
- Do not share an owner's details with anyone.
- If an owner asks you to stop contacting them, stop, and tell us.
- When a claim ends, tell us whether you bought the house. You cannot claim another deal until you do.
